What we see here in this video is pure sincerity and concern. As human beings, it's our responsibility to be there for each other regardless of convenience. I sometimes think that people these days are to concerned with what could be considered "strange behavior." In this case, the good guy shows that he doesn't care about the traffic behind him or the onlookers that might think "Wow, this guy just left his car in the middle or the road." This man saw an individual that was handicapped and trying to perform a major task. He jumps right into action and gives us a reason to +1 humanity.
